How to Register

Here are the steps to register yourself for the graduation ceremony 2025

  1. Complete all your requirements from the Academic Bureau (all the subjects, internship, and thesis/final project are completed with minimum 144 credits).
  2. Request judicium clearance on PUIS before September 30th, 2025. More info please contact relevant department.
    • Admission: admission.requirement@president.ac.id

    • Academic: academic@president.ac.id
    • English Proficiency: ellc@president.ac.id
  3. Request Graduation Enrollment on PUIS before 03 October 2025 and fill out the exit survey. For more information contact: graduation@president.ac.id
  4. Submit 1 photo for the graduation yearbook. See the yearbook photo guidelines here.
  5. Fill out the graduation registration on PUIS before November 13th, 2025.
  6. Transfer the graduation fee of IDR 3.500.000,- for Bachelor Degree and IDR 3.750.000,- for Master Degree through the virtual account before 05 October 2025.

  7. The Graduation fee includes:
    • 1 invitation, valid entry for 3 persons (graduate + 2 parents/relatives)
    • 3 snack packages
    • 1 set of toga
    • 1 diploma
    • 1 transcript of academic records
    • 1 photos of Graduation Ceremony moments
    • 1 souvenir
    • 1 yearbook.
  8. Finally, you have registered.

Dear Graduands,

As a part of the graduation package, we would kindly ask for your cooperation to send us your best portrait photos for your yearbook by following our guideline.

Submit 1 of your best portrait photos via Google Form through the following link:

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The 21th President University Graduation Ceremony in 2025 will be held on Sunday, 14 December 2025, offline at the President University Convention Center (PUCC), Jababeka, Cikarang, Bekasi.

  • The graduation ceremony will be divided into two: morning session (starts around 8:30) and noon session (starts around 13:30). One session is allocated for two faculties. Further details on session time and session allocation will be updated on this website in time.

  • It is highly recommended for you to attend the rehearsal.

  • Your medal will be distributed along with your academic diploma (ijazah). Please contact Academic Administration Bureau for further information.

  • Your medal will be distributed soon. Please contact Mr. Susilo at Student Affairs Bureau for further information.

  • Yes, you do. Your invitation is valid for two parents/relatives. You must bring your invitation card to the venue and the parents/relatives are not allowed to enter the venue without the invitation.

  • The committee doesn’t provide any extra invitation card due to the limitation of the graduation venue.

  • As the graduation ceremony is a formal event, you must wear formal attire, batik, or kebaya (for female) with the graduation gown (toga).

  • You may ask your representative to take the gown (toga) for you. Taking invitations and gowns can be represented by attaching a printed power of attorney with a stamp duty. Please attach the photocopy of the representative’s ID card.

  • You may get the gown (toga) starting from December 08, 2025 to December 12, 2025, at President University Convention Center (PUCC), 2nd Floor.

    The exact time and venue will be informed in time

  • Yes, all graduands have to wear the graduation gown (toga) during the graduation at the venue.

  • No, it’s all yours.

  • Sure, please go to your PUIS for registration.

  • The graduation fee covers the graduation kit (gown/toga, yearbook), diploma/ijazah, graduation production.
